DO I NEED TO HAVE GOOD CREDIT TO BE APPROVED FOR A TEXAS PRO LEASE TRAILER RENTAL?
No! Texas Pro Lease is less interested in your credit report and more interested in verifying that you are a legitimate business and/or owner -operator.
HOW LONG IS TEXAS PRO LEASE'S RENTAL AGREEMENT?
Texas Pro Lease's usual rental agreement is 6 months.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN THE TEXAS PRO LEASE RENTAL TRAILER BEFORE THE 6 MONTHS IS UP?
Texas Pro Lease offers two options for early termination: you can either pay the Rental Agreement Buy-Out Fee (equal to 2 month's rent), or you can pay rent for the remaining months of your rental agreement- whichever amount is less.
WHAT IS THE $1500 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR?
The security deposit is used to repair any damages that occur to the trailer while you are renting it. If the trailer is returned in the same condition it was in when you took it, with no damages, the deposit will be refunded to you.
WHEN IS RENT DUE?
Your first month's rent will be pro-rated and due the day you take the trailer. The following rent payments will be due on the 1st of each month.
